Despite The Fairlawns being one of our closest venues for many years, it"s often surprising that I don"t work at The Fairlawns Wedding Photographer more often, however, when Kelly and Andrew asked me to capture their intimate family wedding looking at our MidWeek Coverage options, it was a pleasure to put together a perfect coverage for them.

Over the years I have worked at The Fairlawns as a wedding photographer many times, in all seasons and for all types of weddings, and thankfully the weather was with us for Kelly + Andrew"s wedding allowing us to get all of the photos we needed around the landscaped gardens before the heavens opened on us!

Set in it"s own private grounds, The Fairlawns is a lovely setting for a wedding, and with Kelly putting her own personal vintage styling to the decoration, choosing a stunning gown from designer Justin Alexander from Brides of Solihull, elegant flowers from Seats of Elegance in Sutton Coldfield and a beautifully designed cake from Fletchers Cake Studio in Walsall all of the elements came together beautifully.

Although I was only with Kelly and Andrew for a short period from Grooms arrivals through to speeches before the wedding breakfast, it was a pleasure to be part of their wedding and capture their story for them.
Especially when talking to Kelly and understanding how much the day meant to her, especially to have her ill father able to walk her down the aisle, it brings home how vital stunning wedding photography is.
